We’re looking for a passionate Cook to join us at our Voco Saranac Lake Restaurant, Boathouse Saranac Lake Pub. If you love cooking and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, this is the perfect opportunity!

As a Cook, you’ll prepare a variety of dishes, maintain food safety, and ensure the kitchen is organized. We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of restaurant experience, open availability, strong knife skills, and a love for great food.

Competitive pay starting at $19.50/hr, with up to 40 hours/week and employee discounts!

We’re looking for a dedicated Chef or Cook to join our culinary team at Boathouse Saranac Lake Pub, adjacent to Voco Saranac Lake! If you have a passion for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we’d love to meet you.

As a Chef or Cook, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests, all while maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness.

This is a full-time position offering 20-40 hours a week with a competitive pay range of $19.50 - $21.50 per hour. We also offer great benefits, including an employee discount. This is your chance to work with a talented team and showcase your culinary skills in a beautiful setting.
