I just received an email from EstateAgent1 beginning with this paragraph:

We wanted to follow up and remind you that your business has been successfully added to EstateAgents1, the comprehensive directory for estate agents, agencies, realtors, and businesses in the real estate sector. This is an excellent opportunity for you to reach potential clients who are actively looking to buy, sell, rent, or invest in real estate.

I never signed up with this group and they used my social media name - not my name - so something felt off. I researched without clicking provided links. Other agents were writing reviews that this is a scam site using our names from social media to drive business to their sites for the sake of taking our clients. I reported this to the BBB but not sure if anything will be done about it. Please note!!! If you get this email from them, do your research and if you think like me, that it is a scam, please report them! TO MY CURRENT/PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS: ONLY BOOK APPOINTMENTS THROUGH ME!!

There is nothing like taking a spur of the moment trip and that is what Patrick and I did last Friday. It was sunny and no winter weather to prevent us from taking off and heading to the Sandstone. No real plan and no project to complete upon arrival. We treated ourselves to the weekend as guests. We ate some place new in Jackson OH along the way-Rowdy’s BBQ - it was fantastic. We cozied up on the couch, slept in, enjoyed the trails and nature, and had a great time having dinner at the Brewery In McConnelsville with Billie and Tim and spoke only briefly about the retreat.

We were very blessed to have such a successful 2024 as the new owners of the retreat. We have been blessed to have the Mayle family work along side us to run the Sandstone and provide a luxury retreat for our guests. And the best part they have also become cherished friends to Patrick and I. We want to thank everyone who selected the Retreat for vacation and short getaways!!No matter the reason for booking we thank you all.

We are running book 3 nights and pay for 2 when booking on a Thursday or Friday. And a Book 2 Nights and Pay for 1 when booking on Monday or Tuesday. This is for the month of February and March. We will honor this when you book direct by contacting us here via messenger or by the call link listed below. Let us save you the fees that are charged on VRBO and Airbnb.
