Things are coming along with construction on the smaller building which is expected to come online next month and the second large building in July. If you have not been contacted to update your paperwork, you are slated for the second building to come online and will be contacted at the end of May to obtain new paystubs and other documents. We are as excited as you are to get these buildings online and fully occupied!

"The official update from construction for the Sawyer is that Building B (small building) will be online in May 2024 and Building A will be online in July 2024. These are significant delays and we will be holding off on continuing to process paperwork until April to try to keep everything in the correct date ranges for move ins. Applications are being processed for units based on order on the waitlist. Those pre qualified for building B will be notified via email this week."

We are hearing feedback that some people have not received their confirmation email with list of documents to bring to intake appointments. We have attached it below. Appointments are being held at Aspen Village Apartments - 1700 Old Mammoth Road, Mammoth Lakes. Pets will be allowed at the property however several requirements must be met. Attached is a copy of the "Pet Policy" lease addendum. A $400 Pet Security Deposit will be required for each animal prior to it coming on property in addition to compliance with the pet policy items for each animal type.

The current estimated leasing date when the complex should finish being constructed and start leasing is estimated between March - April of next year. 03/2024 - 04/2024.

The interest list currently has 426 prospects on it,
If you would like to be placed onto the list you can call or email us,
You will need to provide your name, current mailing address, and best call back number,
Calls will be made around the estimated leasing date, they will answer questions, see what you are interested in, see if you qualify, and be walking people through the application process afterwards.
