A bunch of Realtors, two nurses, and a bartender on a girls night out… 😂 Love this photo of us from last week at Vulcania. I’m usually not a huge fan of these outdoor pods, but this particular night a monsoon rolled through - rain pouring/wind howling - and we were all cozy, dry, and vibey inside. And the food was great, too!🤤
Annnnnnnd since I’m talking about Realtors…
Choose a Realtor who is well-liked, respected, and friends with other Realtors! You wouldn’t believe how much that can matter when it comes to getting your offer accepted, navigating the inevitable bumps throughout an escrow, and getting all the way to the finish line. Realtors who communicate well, trust each other (and don’t steal each other’s business😡) are a priceless part of a smooth transaction. It’s not a popularity contest… but honestly, sometimes it sort of is 🤷‍♀️
