After over 3 years of hard work, we sold 420 Le Verne in Mammoth for our loyal clients. Each showing required about 3 hours of time and sometimes prospective buyers would want to stay for sunset, or come back the next morning for sunrise. We did not miss a single showing opportunity and invested the time required to get this deal across the finish line.

We were there for each and every showing – as we do with all of our listings – the best way to represent a property and, in our opinion – the only way. First impressions are crucial and we understand the importance of having a home ready to go for each showing and being present to answer questions in real-time. On the back end, we kept our client updated with weekly updates and periodic calls to discuss strategy and managing our leads. We always appreciate our client’s trust, loyalty and for believing in us. Thank you to our amazing business partner, Scott Kantor, in Mammoth! Scott is always up to the challenge and handles our clients with respect, courtesy, professionalism and so much more. On top of that, he does what it takes to make it all happen. A few winters ago, we had a highly interested buyer wanting to see the home during a record setting snow storm. Scott spent hours shoveling through a mountain of snow to get the buyers in. It’s just one example of our dedication.

We are so thankful for our partnership with Scott. If you have buyers or sellers in Mammoth, please send them our way – they will be in good hands with our team.

We will miss showing this beautiful home but we look forward to maintaining our friendship with this amazing family and to our next listing in Mammoth.

Call us to make owning your mountain home a reality!
