I made the move to Stafford about 30 years ago, after finding the perfect waterfront home. Me and my wife Jan continue to enjoy the area as do our family. A business owner all my life, I decided to start a full time career in real estate about 12 years ago. I based my new career on my knowledge of the area and the extensive network of friends and relationships I have built over the years of busin

ess and community involvement. I soon discovered I got a real kick out of helping first time homebuyers and seniors looking to retire or downsize in this area. My 30 years of living on the water make the vacation home market a natural for me. The more I, “Mazz” learned about real estate, the more I realized I needed to learn. So I went back to school and earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation which is a benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. I have also achieved the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation and is trained to work with and guide senior clients through real estate transactions. Through my hard work of listing and selling homes, I continued to earn knowledge through education and was awarded a CRS designation (Council of Residential Specialists)
