✨️ In real estate, nothing is closed until it's . You assume that once you're under contract, your home is "sold" and it's smooth sailing from here, but that's not always the case. Sometimes it's little things, and sometimes unexpected bigger things enter the chat. Inspection issues...reverse mortgages...solar transfers...termite concerns...HOA documents...appraisal...the mortgage company needs another document...oh my 😳 There are any number of things that could pop up.
