🐊 GATOR HERE! 🐊

Yep, that's me! The handsome shepherd mix with the happy smile and the tongue that likes to make surprise appearances when I'm extra excited. 😝

I had the BEST day hanging out with the RatePro Mortgage team at Tucker Park! Since I'm only 1.5 years old, I've got plenty of puppy energy to burn, and these wonderful humans helped me do exactly that. We ran, we played, we explored, and I soaked up every minute of it.

I'd definitely give the experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Why?

🐾 The belly rubs were top-notch.
🐾 Their feet smelled fascinating (dog people understand).
🐾 They came equipped with treats!
🐾 They told me I was a good boy.

Now, there was one tiny catch... I had to sit and lay down for some of those treats. But honestly? Worth it. I'm VERY treat motivated. Yummy!

The folks at RatePro have huge hearts, and while I would have happily followed one of them home, I'm still waiting for my forever family to find me.

You can meet me at the Goochland County Animal Shelter and Adoption Center where I'll be patiently waiting for my next adventure. I'm a playful guy who loves to romp and have fun, but I'm also perfectly happy to kick back and relax after a day of excitement. Plus, I've already got some pretty cool tricks to show off, and I'd love a family that can teach me even more!

So if you're looking for a loyal sidekick, a professional treat tester, and an expert belly-rub receiver, I might just be your guy.

Until then, I'll be here dreaming about my next play date and practicing my best "adopt me" smile. 🐾❤️

Now that's a view worth waking up to! Congratulations to this homeowner on their new home and exciting new beginning. 🏡✨

When your client gets to close on their new home and this is the view they get to wake up to! 🏡✨

Sometimes life brings unexpected changes, and a job relocation was the reason behind this move. Our client initially thought they would need to sell their current home before purchasing another. After exploring their options, we discovered they still had FHA eligibility available and were able to comfortably qualify while carrying both mortgages.

This gave them the flexibility to move forward with their new home right away while taking the time to update their current property before deciding whether to sell it or keep it as a rental investment.

A special thank you to buyer's agent John Fiorelli for the referral, listing agent Jason Harris for a smooth transaction, and Aurora Title for helping bring everything together.

This is a great reminder that there is often more than one path to homeownership. Congratulations to our client on this exciting new chapter!
