Is your current home to LARGE for your current needs?
I helped this couple move forward to an adult community. Although they had a need to downsize they were apprehensive, after all they lived in their current home for decades where they raised their family. Lots of great memories. With children now grown, a 4 bedroom home on a half an acre was definitely too large. As you can see they ultimately made the right decision for them.
