Apparently, I’m a little too involved when it comes to shooting my listing videos.

Me: “Wait, can we try that angle again? What if we move this? Ooooh, I have an idea!”

My photographer: “Cori. Go outside. Sit down. Don’t touch anything.” 🤣

So here I am. Banished from my own listing shoot because apparently, I’m a pain in the ass. 🤷‍♀️

I prefer the term CREATIVE DIRECTOR. 🎬😂

💃 WEPA!!! Because what the actual F$ #% else am I supposed to do?! 😂🌪️
Real estate right now? ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL. 🫠🏡
My phone? Blowing up with problems, chaos, and severe thunderstorm warnings telling me to TAKE SHELTER. ⛈️🚨
New Jersey weather? Bipolar AF. ☀️🌪️
My stress level? Somewhere between a nervous breakdown and a tequila shot. 🍹🤣
And me? Dancing around my home office singing WEPA like my entire world isn’t on fire. 💃🔥
Because I’m GEN X, baby. We don’t have time for a meltdown. We turn up the music, throw in a little sarcasm, say F**K IT and keep going! 😂💪

🚌 **MARLBORO vs. MANALAPAN: Which has the better NYC commute?** 👀

Thinking about moving to Monmouth County, NJ, but still need to get into New York City for work?

Here’s something buyers don’t always think about...

Just because Marlboro and Manalapan are neighboring towns doesn’t mean your commute will be the same!

Where your house is located, which bus route you take, and how far you have to drive to catch that bus can make a BIG difference.

And believe me, that beautiful kitchen isn’t going to seem quite as exciting when you’re spending extra time getting to work every morning. 😂

🏡 **My advice?** Test your commute BEFORE you fall in love with the house!
