Good day my Friday peeps! 🎉 We made it to the weekend! 🙌

After a great day of Mahjong today, I’m thinking that must mean I actually WON some Mahjongs! 😂🀄️ Hey, we’ll take the wins wherever we can get them!

Now it’s time to get ready to show some houses this afternoon, and then maybe, just maybe, I’ll head out tonight. We’ll see if I have enough energy for the disco party! 💃🪩 You never know where the night might take you!

The weather is still looking beautiful here at the Jersey Shore, and there is SO much going on in every town this weekend. Italian festivals, San Gennaro feasts, seafood festivals, local events, and plenty of things happening all over the place. The farms are opening up, fall is creeping in, and before we know it, we’ll be seeing all those beautiful fall colors! 🍂

So whether you’re heading out, staying home, going to a festival, or just enjoying some time with family and friends, have a GREAT weekend! ❤️

Good morning, my Thursday peeps! ☀️

Well… I might NEVER shop again! 😂 I did a BIG closet clean-out, and OMG… where did all these clothes come from?! 👗👚👠

I have clothes to donate, clothes to sell, clothes to bring to my snowbird location, and clothes for vacations. Apparently, I have been preparing for every possible occasion known to mankind! 😂

Now, here’s the kicker… if I can actually FIT into half of this stuff, that’s a different story! 🤦‍♀️🤣 Let’s just say the clothes fit better when I bought them!

On the real estate front, I’m waiting on my certificate for my closing next week on a BIG, beautiful Wall Township home! 🏡🔑 Fingers crossed for a smooth finish!

I also still have an annual rental in Brick Township — 3 bedrooms, 2 baths — available now. My winter rentals are officially FILLED, and I’m already booking for Summer 2027! 🌴☀️

Good morning, Tuesday peeps! ☀️

It’s shaping up to be a beautiful day here at the Jersey Shore—just a chilly start! 🥶

The real estate wheels are turning! 🏡 We wrote another offer yesterday, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it gets accepted today and we can keep things moving. 🤞

Mortgage commitment also came through on another sale ✅. I have a 10:00 showing at Oval today, and tomorrow I’ll be at the 55+ Premier Community—hoping those good vibes lead to something great! 🤞🏡
