MCPD (Manassas City Police Department) will be having a fundraiser at Raising Canes next week on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 6pm-10pm! It supports Special Olympics VA! The Special Olympics is a global organization that offers sports training and competition for people with intellectual disabilities. The organization's mission is to promote acceptance, inclusion, and understanding through sports. MCPD will be participating in the Polar Plunge Saturday, February 15th with Prince William County!

Another fundraiser we are having is at Hog Shack (right down the street)! A comedy show! Proceedings go to MCPD’s Charitable Foundation! The Manassas City Police Charitable Foundation is a non-profit organization with a mission to promote, enhance, and perpetuate the morale, education, welfare, and interests of the members of the Manassas City Police Department and our community. The Foundation is able to accomplish this objective through local partnerships, service, and charitable donations. Some examples of recent efforts include the funding of college and university scholarships for local high school students and dependents of Police Department employees, funding of community outreach initiatives, and sponsoring less fortunate children and families, particularly during the holiday season, among many others.

Winter 2025 Newsletter

Please continue to use caution when going to and from your apartment home. With the snow slowly melting and the freezing temps each night, we are still seeing icy patches. Our team is working diligently to keep our sidewalks in a safe condition. If you see an area of concern, please contact the office so we can address.

With the extremely cold weather, please be careful using your fireplaces. If you have any questions please feel free to call the leasing office for some guidance. Do not cause damage to your fireplace walls by throwing wood into the opening.

Attention Residents:

Dominion Duct Services will be on the property starting Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Please note, this is weather permitting and could take 3-5 business days.

Per contractor, all dryer vents will be cleaned from outside. Inside access to each apartment is not needed unless a clog or disconnect is found. If there are any units requiring inside access this will be coordinated with the onsite manager and tenant.
