This is why I always try and access high rise condo rooftops. Iced up heat pumps are a serious problem normally caused by restricted air flow or low refrigerant. Failure to address this situation will destroy the compressor.

THE GREAT ESCAPE? Here's a crawl space that has been dug out. When doing this you normally don't want to dig close to the footers of the home, leaving about 3 feet of the virgin soil intact. In this case you can see the footers have been undermined by being dug under. And then to top it off, someone tunneled UNDER the footer. The tunnel actually went 8 to 10 feet under the front yard! I have nooo idea what they were thinking. ".....have a licensed structural engineer evaluate and take the appropriate action"

And then to top it off, across the room in this same house, was a radiant hot water floor heating system coming from a tankless water heater. Phew!
