I am fully aware that this building is 35’ long. Why did I buy a 100’ hose you ask? Because I panicked and stopped mathin. ✖️➗➕➖🟰

Have you ever passed The Charles on West and noticed an extinguished gas lantern?

Every so often there’s a strong wind gust and the flame doesn’t stand a chance. Luckily we have good friends and neighbors that alert us when this happens.

To reignite, we simply open the lantern door and hold a flame close to the burner and voilà!

We've been busy working on the south side of The Charles! Mauricio and his incredible team leveled the uneven ground and laid these gorgeous stepping stones today! This path connects our charming gate to our new, absolutely perfect fence by Arlington Fence - a local business owned by our friends, Michael & Michele Stefanon. I must mention that their installer (of 22+ years), Jose, was a delight to work with! He was genuinely interested in our unique building and took pride in the part he played of its "rebirth". We have been so blessed to have been sent such an amazing team so far!
