Responsibilities include:
• Interior and exterior painting
• Drywall repair
• Carpentry and general repairs
• Property maintenance
• Assisting with renovation and maintenance projects

Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with painting and general maintenance
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with a team
