Late summer in Vermont is one of the best-kept secrets of the season.

Sunny days, cool evenings, scenic country roads, and just a hint of autumn in the air make August and early September the perfect time to slow down and explore. Whether you're taking a leisurely drive, discovering a new hiking trail, or simply relaxing with a mountain view, there's still plenty of time for one more summer getaway.

And before long, those green hills will begin their spectacular transformation into the brilliant colors of fall.

We'd love to welcome you to North Shire Lodge and help you enjoy the very best of Vermont's changing seasons. 🌤🌅🍂
