Excitement is in the air! Throughout the summer, we featured Ryan’s Raveis365+ AI Innovation and Chris’s Highest Standard / Elite Concierge Services advertisements, in magazines, newspapers, along with digital and printed marketing pieces. Starting this fall, Chris and Ryan are hitting the airwaves!

Our beautiful Fine Art advertising campaign kicks off Sept. 1—that’s when our clients, customers, and community will see the first William Raveis ad, “We Represent Innovation” appearing in magazines and newspapers across our footprint. Both Ryan’s (September) and Chris’s (October) TV and radio commercials are scheduled to air in major metropolitan areas, including Boston, Fairfield County, Westchester, NY and The Hamptons/Nassau & Suffolk Counties on primetime news and other TV channels, plus popular radio stations during morning and night commute times.

Please check our Tell-All Tuesday newsletter to preview Ryan’s new TV Commercial and get a sense of the multi-channel media “storm” we’ve got planned, with radio, streaming channels, social snippets, print media, and more to engage prospects.

Last, we had over 800 agents, partnerships, teams, and new sales associates earn a bonus for strong performance from Jan 1 to June 30, 2026. We continue to expand our Elite Concierge Services, now with our full-service Wealth Management program…it’s working!

Dear William Raveis Family,

We have an excellent group of agents, sales managers, and administrative staff who make us the #1 team on Cape Cod. On Tuesday, I visited agents in Chatham, Osterville, and Yarmouth Port, and enjoyed a personal tour of our beautifully renovated Orleans office. Wednesday morning, Don Drury, President of Moran Wealth Management, joined me and over 100 sales associates and managers for our big Regional Meeting held at the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors facility in West Yarmouth, MA.

A summary of our discussion:

1. I shared my take on the real estate market, how we differ from Wall Street firms, our strong position as a family-owned company with two generations of leadership—we are not going anywhere, ever!

2. We anticipate the competitors will be cost-cutting, both salaries and locations will be stripped down by 2027, to stop the money drain.

3. William Raveis continues to lead the industry with our Elite Concierge Services (ECS): in-house mortgage, insurance, plus concierge assistance for utilities connections and moving logistics and now, first brokerage in the nation to offer a full-service Wealth Management program.

4. Our partnership with Moran Wealth Management provides clients and customers even greater value and sets our agents apart in the marketplace along with other revenue opportunities.

At William Raveis, we continually invest in our agents' success, helping them grow business beyond the traditional real estate transaction.

Starting in September, our new advertising campaign will be appearing in regional magazines and newspapers across our footprint. It is a series of 8 striking visuals along with messaging that highlights our company's unique value proposition. As a luxury brand, the campaign centers on Fine Art—a different artwork revealed every month builds excitement.
