Hi, I’m Kyle.
I take real estate seriously. I just don’t believe professionalism requires a stiff sales pitch or manufactured drama.
I’m a New Hampshire native, a real estate agent with CENTURY 21 Lifestyles, and a hands-on investor. I help buyers, sellers, and investors make clear decisions about homes and property across New Hampshire.
Real estate isn’t abstract to me. I own and manage rental property, renovate homes, and deal with maintenance, tenants, costs, and home-improvement projects that somehow become much larger than planned.
That experience changes what I look at. The house matters, but so do the systems, the road, the water, the repairs, and what the property will ask of you after closing.
When we work together, I’ll explain what matters in plain language. I’ll tell you what deserves attention, what can wait, and where I would not waste your money. If the right advice is to wait, walk away, or skip a renovation, I’ll say so. The right decision matters more than forcing a transaction.
I created Prideful Move because, as a gay man in New Hampshire, I know what it feels like to wonder whether being fully yourself will change how someone treats you. I wanted LGBTQ+ clients to know before we ever met that they would not need to edit themselves to receive serious, capable representation.
Prideful Move does not limit who I serve. It makes one belief especially visible: every client deserves honesty, dignity, and room to be fully themselves.
