Big smiles and breakfast dates in Salem, NH! 🥞💗

We stopped by MaryAnn’s Diner for a little 1950s nostalgia and some breakfast, and I think it’s safe to say Alana enjoyed herself! 🥹

One of my favorite things about real estate is getting to explore all the little gems that make our local towns so special!

Londonderry, NH does FALL right! 🍂🍎🌽

We took on the corn maze at Sunnycrest Farm, and let’s just say it was a lot harder than we expected. 😂

So many great local farms and family activities make Londonderry one of my favorite places to be this time of year! ❤️

🎃🏃‍♀️ A little running, a little exploring, and a whole lot of cinnamon bun goodness!

Jake and I spent the morning in Milford, NH, running the Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley’s Pumpkin Fest 5K!

After the race, we wandered around the Milford Oval, which I absolutely loved! There’s something so charming about a New England downtown filled with local shops, small businesses, and so much character. 🍂

Of course, we had to stop at Sugar Street Buns, and OH. MY. GOODNESS. 🤤 We had the most incredible cinnamon bun, chopped up and topped with pumpkin, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it might have been the BEST cinnamon bun I’ve ever had!

The owner is incredibly talented and puts so much love into what she bakes. From what I hear, she sells out almost every day! After tasting it, I completely understand why!

One of my favorite things about living and working in New Hampshire is getting to explore communities like Milford. Between the beautiful Oval, the local businesses, and the small-town charm, Milford is definitely a place worth visiting! ❤️

Life lately 🤍

A little bit of motherhood, a little bit of work, and a whole lot of running around.

Making memories with my girls, showing up for our local community, summer nights at National Night Out and music in the park, checking out commercial spaces and homes for buyers, working behind the scenes with Hometown Inspection Services, squeezing in my runs, finding time to read… and somehow fitting everything else in between.

My camera roll is basically a reflection of how many different hats I wear in a week 😂

Busy, full, sometimes chaotic but this season of life is a really good one. 🤍🌿

The most cinematic home I’ve seen.

Some homes are beautiful.

Others make you stop and imagine the story that could unfold inside them.

From the moment I pulled up, I couldn’t help but think this place belonged on the big screen. The architecture, the setting, the details… every angle feels like a movie scene.

Maybe it’s the backdrop for a romance.
Maybe it’s a mystery.
Maybe it’s the family home everyone comes back to.
