We are sold out on the last 2 phases of this year for building 33 and 31. But we just went live with the next phase which is building 35, 109 and 103 Centerwood Way. These next units are part of a 5 unit phase and will be ready for a January 15th, 2025 closing, and have one of the best locations in the development if you want a nice back yard and privacy off the rear at the end of a cul-de-sac.
