Day in the life of a flipper….here we go folks! This is our newest purchase and just starting the transformation! New windows going in, bathroom demo, and new heating system going in this week. Never a dull moment and if you get through a day without a surprise, we call that a WIN!!!! 🏅 today’s 🤔 moment? A fully clogged heating flue that we need to clear out before the new heating system can be fully functioning. Thank goodness for better weather!
