Catching up on my most recent
closings -

One closing was for first-time homebuyers and the other one was for a couple who hadn't bought a home in over 30 years! Both sets of clients are now dear friends.

The buyers of 32 Brentwood Rd utilized the MaineHousing First Generation program and received a grant towards their downpayment. This is a wonderful program for Mainers that qualified lenders can set you up with!

The buyers of 67 Sandy Drive went the new-construction route. They picked out everything from cabinet hardware, light fixtures, flooring, etc. I was working with them for almost 8 months and they finally get to call 67 Sandy Drive home.
