🗓️ Starting March 1, any entity (trust, LLC, corporation) purchasing residential real estate with either cash or with financing from a lender without a regulated Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program will be subject to new federal reporting requirements.

Both buyers and sellers need to be prepared to provide required identification and transaction information to comply with these regulations.

We are sharing this information in advance to ensure transparency and help avoid potential delays once these requirements take effect.
