Dear Residents,

Millennium Running is proud to announce the return of the Manchester City Marathon on Sunday, November 9, 2025.
The event is expected to bring thousands of participants and spectators to downtown Manchester. Come out and support runners while they help support veterans in honour of the City’s Veteran’s Day celebration!
It is STRONGLY ADVISED to access Downtown Manchester via entry by 1-93, Exit 6: Amoskeag Bridge or by Exit 4: Queen City Ave, and NOT by Exit 5: Granite Street.

Event Beginning: 8:50am
Event Ending: 4:30pm

ROLLING ROAD CLOSURES & DELAYS EXPECTED!

Thank you to everyone who showed some Halloween spirit for the Door Decorating Contest!
Congratulations to Apartment #714 on winning this year’s Halloween Door Decorating Contest! Your creativity, attention to detail, and imaginative spirit truly brought the spooky season to life. Your door stood out for its originality and festive flair. A perfect blend of fright and fun!
The residents will be receiving a $50 Amazon Gift Card for their hard work. See attached for the winning door.

There were several honorable mentions: 702, 1008, 1610 and 1611, were all mentioned in team discussions.

The Granite State might not be the most exciting nickname, but New Hampshire has a lot more to offer than a slab of rock. New Hampshire ranked fourth in our list from 2024 but overtook Pennsylvania, Maine and Vermont this year to claim the top spot.

New Hampshire boasts a low rate of violent crime (1.1 crimes per 1,000 people), a low rate of childhood poverty (7%), low food costs (an average of $371 per week) and a whole lot of state parks and libraries (6.6 and 15.6 per 100,000 people, respectively). All of this made it 2025’s top state to raise a family in.

Hello Residents,

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, our vendor is scheduled to be on-site Monday, 10/13 around 9:00 AM to perform the annual switch to HEAT. After this, your HVAC system will be set to provide heat only.
We’ll send out another email once the switch is complete. At that point, please turn off your HVAC system, allow it to reset for about 10 minutes, and then switch it back on to Heat as needed before submitting any service requests.
