We have gotten a lot of calls about postponing our broker tours until we as a society get a handle on this virus. We agree 100%. We are taking the approach that it is better to be safe than sorry. We will be postponing the ones for the coming weeks and once things settle down we will be 100% back at it.. On a positive note, this will leave us all more time to search for toilet paper.

There will be a broker open house tomorrow (3-13-20) from 12-1 at 310 West Street in Hebron. There will be pizza, salad, beer, wine, soda and a $25 raffle. We are also still looking for people for our Berlin and Hebron tours next week if you are interested.

We are working on putting together the following broker tours. Let us know if you would like to be on one or come along with us.

Berlin, Tuesday the 17th
Hebron, Thursday the 19th
Manchester, Tuesday the 24th

Our tours are from 11-1pm If you would like a listing on the tour please let us know the property address and listing price. And also, please let us know if your listing would be a good one for us to have the lunch at.

To have your listing on the tour, you must be able to participate in the entire tour. We do our tours progressive so everyone meets at the first house, we all walk through together, fill out feedback forms and then we all move on to the next listings, etc and then end with lunch at the last listing.
