Still buzzing from an incredible week volunteering at the Destination Imagination Global Finals in Kansas City! 🌟

Watching thousands of students from all over the world bring their crazy-smart STEAM and creative problem-solving projects to life is the ultimate reminder of why investing in our community matters.

For me, being a Realtor is about so much more than just keys and closing dates—it’s about building and supporting the communities we call home. Showing up for these kids and watching them thrive is the easiest “yes” on my calendar every single year.

Huge shoutout to all the teams, managers, and fellow volunteers who made it unforgettable. 🙌

Real estate is stressful enough. Your agent shouldn’t be adding to it. 🛑☕️

The Body:
Between the looming deadlines, endless paperwork, and the massive financial decisions, buying or selling a home can feel like a pressure cooker. The absolute last thing you need is an agent pushing you to move faster than you’re comfortable with just to close a deal.

My approach? I’m here to help you slow things down.

When the market gets chaotic, my job is to bring the logic, filter out the noise, and give you the space to make the right move for your family on your timeline. No rushed choices, no unnecessary stress—just solid strategy.

Stop scrolling Zillow and start walking the streets. 🛑🚶‍♂️

Here is a major mistake people make when house hunting: spending 99% of their time looking at property photos online, and 0% of their time actually experiencing the neighborhood.
You can fix a outdated kitchen, paint over ugly walls, and remodel a bathroom. But you cannot change the traffic patterns outside your door, the parking situation, or the overall vibe of the community.

If you don't look up from your screen to see if people are actually out and about, how the area feels on a Friday night, or what the morning commute looks like, you’re setting yourself up for the ultimate real estate headache: buyer’s remorse. The environment around your home will dictate your lifestyle way more than the layout of your living room.

What is your absolute biggest dealbreaker when it comes to a neighborhood? 🚫 (Think traffic, lack of sidewalks, no good coffee nearby...) Let me know in the comments!

Fall in love with the house, but marry the math. 💍📉

It’s the biggest trap in real estate: walking into an open house, instantly visualizing where your Christmas tree will go, and deciding this is the one before you’ve even seen the property disclosures.

When emotion takes the driver's seat, logic gets thrown out the window. Suddenly, you're willing to overlook a questionable roof, ignore structural warning signs, or stretch your budget way past your comfort zone just to make it work.

Falling in love with a home is part of the journey, but don't let it blind you to costly mistakes. That’s why having an objective partner in your corner matters—someone to be the voice of logic, handle the tough negotiations, and make sure your dream home doesn’t turn into a financial nightmare.

Have you ever let your emotions take over during a big purchase, or are you strictly team logic? 🧠 vs ❤️ Let me know in the comments!

Stop Focusing on List Price: What Your Monthly Mortgage Really Costs

New Hampshire home buyers shouldn't get fixated on list price alone. Monthly affordability—including principal, interest, taxes, insurance, and HOA fees—is what truly matters! I encourage you to work backwards from your monthly budget to find the right home for you and your family.
