I'm Hillary Evans Flynn and I'm a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia and currently work as an agent at Evans Realty. My background in real estate begins....well, as far back as I can remember. My mother opened Evans Realty in 1994 when I was six years old, so I feel like I've been learning about real estate almost my whole life. When I was in middle school at Flint River Academy in
Woodbury, GA, I began working as the secretary at Evans Realty after school, on holiday breaks and over the summer, and continued to do so throughout high school. When I left for college at Auburn University, I had no intention of obtaining a degree that would be useful in the real estate field, but by the time my junior year rolled around, I was taking real estate courses at Auburn's college of business and graduated in December 2010 with a degree in Marketing. I guess there was no denying that real estate was my destiny! After graduation at Auburn, I immediately began my pre-license sales course at Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate in Atlanta. I obtained my real estate license on March 16, 2011. Since then I have worked as a full time real estate agent at my family-owned brokerage located in Manchester, GA. I feel truly blessed to work alongside my broker, and mother, Monica Evans and fellow agent Piper Gresham every day. And don't forget our sable-haired silky pomeranian, Baylee, who will meet you at the door if you come to visit us! My experience in real estate includes representing both buyers and sellers in residential, commercial, industrial, acreage, short sales, foreclosures, bankruptcy and much more! My territory includes Meriwether, Harris, Talbot and other surrounding areas including, but not limited to, Troup, Muscogee,Coweta, Pike and Upson Counties.
