**West Segment PSA**

Fort Berthold Rural Water's Mandaree Water Treatment Plant will be offline from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm today June 3rd, 2026. The existing WTP will be going through pump upgrades which is a part of the contract for the new Bruce A. Fox Water Treatment Plant north of Mandaree. FBRW ask that users in the West Segment refrain from unnecessary water use during this time frame as the WTP will be unable to produce any domestic water from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.

TAT Fire has received a few calls concerning haze and the smell of smoke in the area. At this time, there are no active wildfires on the Fort Berthold Reservation.

However, there is currently a wildfire near Grenora, ND, north of Williston, as well as another wildfire near the North Dakota/Montana state line. Smoke from these fires may be drifting toward the reservation and causing the haze and smoke odor being noticed across the area.

We appreciate the public calling in and helping us stay aware of conditions. As a reminder, if you see an active fire, please report it immediately by calling 911.
