Fellow agents/REALTORS:

It doesn’t matter if it’s a seller’s market. I am seeing some of the worst listing photos I’ve ever seen in years.
And YES, it matters!

How does one sit right with themselves presenting inventory with fuzzy, dim lit, outdated cell phone pics?!?

How does one list a home, priced OVER half a mil, with nonprofessional photos?!? I can’t even see the interior or the great characteristics the home may possess. πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ
Do your clients a favor.
I understand certain situations, but this is ridiculous.

To any body out there looking to sell, I PROMISE YOU, if you list with me, I will ensure your property is properly presented and personally pay for the photos needed to market your home.
It hurts my eyes too. πŸ’β€β™€οΈ
