Tammy and I met 22 years ago when we worked together on a project in NOLA. She had moved from Maryland, I moved from Boston. I met my husband on that project. It was such a special group of people and we all bonded together and had a great time. After Hurricane Katrina, we all moved to DC/Virginia, and worked up there for a while. I was so honored when Tammy asked me to help them find a house! Both she and her husband actually had their Realtor licenses for awhile so I was grateful that they chose me to assist. They found a lovely, well loved home in a great location! It was an emotional transaction on both sides since it was a succession property. I’m so happy this home will once again be loved for many years to come! 🏡
