Hi Brandon,
Thanks so much. Everything was great we appreciate your knowledge and expertise at what you do can't imagine any better. Just asked homeowners to rectify main items like the roof and outside gfi outlets we would take care of everything else. They agreed and we will be moving forward. My son will be looking for a home in the area in a year or so. Will definitely call you for his inspection.

Welcome to 1 Home Inspections Training Program, and congratulations on taking the next step toward building a career in the home inspection industry. I am pleased to have you join a training program designed to provide both practical experience and foundational knowledge to support your success as a professional home inspector. As a veteran-owned and operated company, I take pride in discipline, accountability, and hands-on learning.

Training Program Overview

During your training with 1 Home Inspections, you will participate in a structured program that combines real-world field experience with classroom-based instruction.

Live Inspection Training

Participation in 10 live home inspections

Direct observation and guided involvement in inspection procedures

Exposure to real inspection scenarios, reporting practices, and client interactions

Classroom and Platform Training

A minimum of 30 hours of classroom and platform-based instruction

Comprehensive introduction to inspection systems and methodologies

Detailed instruction on Standards of Practice

Training on monthly reporting requirements and documentation procedures

Licensing Preparation

Upon completion of the training program, you will receive hands-on assistance with preparing and organizing the required documentation package needed to apply for your home inspector license. This includes guidance on required forms, reporting samples, and submission readiness to help ensure a smooth licensing process.

Please note that during the training period, you will also be required to complete a Standards of Practice continuing education course. This course is not included in the training cost and must be completed separately.
