Actual real estating is not much like Selling Sunset or shows on HGTV. It is CHALLENGING. Especially over the last few years! You have to be a beast to crush it!

It took me a day to post about my closing yesterday because it was loaded with emotion. 🙂😔 If you know me, or have worked with me, you know how much my people mean to me. This house meant a lot to people who have become friends and it represented promises kept and the end of a difficult season in life.🍂

I had the honor of representing the buyer too, another super cool human. My friend, Courtney Fricke, Your Local Real Estate Solution, says it best, real estate is about the people, NOT the properties. ❤️

My sellers took the very best care of this place once it passed to them, and my buyer is so excited to make this his final forever home with his son and brother. Hearing him talk about how they're going to make it festive at Christmas 🎅🎄 and how excited he is to cut the grass...all those things made it feel like the perfect hand off of a place that will mean as much to him and my sweet sellers.

This job is amazing. Especially when I get the privilege of hanging out with wonderful humans. ❤️🔑🏠
