Actual real estating is not much like Selling Sunset or shows on HGTV. It is CHALLENGING. Especially over the last few years! You have to be a beast to crush it!

Did you know that 71% of all in realtors in the US did not sell a single home in 2025?!! SEVENTY-ONE!!! I happen to work in the brokerage that sold more units and volume in all of the MLS in our territory than any other brokerage. WE ROCK. And I am in the top 30% of that brokerage.
