Okay okay… last post for today. We're sorry for popping up on your feed so many times , we’re just busy helping amazing clients and we want to share it all.

After over a YEAR of searching, touring, waiting, second guessing, and making sure our buyers never settled for “good enough”… we finally found THE one.

“Hey Matt, we just wanted to give you an update…”

That’s how the phone call started.

It’s been a couple weeks since closing, and they were calling to tell us how things are going in their new home in Tickfaw.

The house is now furnished.
They’ve met all the neighbors.
They’re settling in.
And they absolutely love it.

You could hear it in their voices. That euphoric mix of relief, excitement, and happiness that comes once everything finally falls into place.

Over a year ago, we helped them sell their previous home. Now we’ve come full circle helping them find the next chapter on a peaceful 0.86 acre property close to the rest of their family.

Moments like that phone call are the part of real estate that never shows up on contracts or closing documents… but they’re the part that means the most.
