✨ Fed Rate Updates: The Fed reduced its benchmark rate three times in 2024 but signaled only two more cuts for 2025. While mortgage rates spiked briefly, these changes are often short-lived.

🏡 Market Highlights:

November home sales were up 5% year-over-year, though they dipped 9.5% compared to October.

Median home prices continued to rise—single-family homes up 4.8% and condos/co-ops up 2.8%.
