🏡 Market Highlights:

November home sales were up 5% year-over-year, though they dipped 9.5% compared to October.

Median home prices continued to rise—single-family homes up 4.8% and condos/co-ops up 2.8%.

53% of homes sold in under a month, and nearly 25% of buyers paid in cash.

📉 Seasonal Trends: As expected, holiday months saw slower activity, but we’re watching for the typical demand rebound that often starts in January and gains momentum into spring..
