Prior to joining Modern Spaces, Andres honed his skills at Keller Williams Tribeca and Exit Kingdom Realty, where he cemented his niche as a Queens real estate guru selling over $10M in real estate. Before becoming an agent himself, Andres was an office manager for a boutique luxury real estate company for one of New York’s most historic broker, Alice F. Mason, and most recently was team manager for another top real estate broker, Patrick V. Lilly. Andres’ management experience in hospitality and high end retail positioned him perfectly for a successful career in real estate.The addition of over 12 years of real estate experience has enabled him to interact well with all personality types and easily adapt to a variety of needs and situations. Highly focused yet calm and collected, he strives to make the real estate process efficient and enjoyable for every client he represents.
A lifelong resident of Queens, NY, Andres is thrilled to join Modern Spaces, a brokerage with deep ties in the many neighborhoods of Queens. He loves the diversity of his borough and says, “Only in Queens will you have a 10-block stretch that will take you to 20 different countries.” Andres enjoys learning about new cultures by exploring the world and especially enjoys spending time with his rescued border collie. He’s an avid fan and athlete in a wide range of sports but above all else soccer. He is the founder and host of NYCFC Nation a podcast dedicated to New York City FC.
