After getting outbid on a nearby home by 20% over ask (yes, you read that right 😅), I kept thinking about a Plandome property that had been on the market but never sold and had just expired.
I knew it checked so many boxes for my buyers… so I made the call, reopened the door and now we’re officially under contract 🙌
