🎨 Paint the exterior of the home - It’s such a small investment that makes a big psychological impact on potential buyers. Pick a trendy color, but one that specially helps the home stand out amongst your neighbors. Honestly, freshen up your landscaping here too. Pull out those old shrubs & bushes. Pour in some fresh mulch and plant bright seasonal flowers!

💡Change out those awful 70s light fixtures - Seriously, this will bring a whole new FEEL into the home. And, it’s super affordable!

Cozy season is officially upon us! 🍂☁️ Swipe for our incredibly simple & helpful pillow sizing guide for every room in your house (you’re welcome 😌) ->

Here are some basics to keep in mind:
⁃ When in doubt, use 3 pillows. One medium, one small and one lumbar.
⁃ Size matters 👀 Use the largest-sized pillows in the back, working your way smaller as you layer.
⁃ 2 inch size increments work best for layering pillow combos.

Lastly, don’t forget throw pillows are the easiest way to create cohesion with colors, patterns and textures in your space!

Alright, here’s the gist when sizing for a King bed:
-leave at least 8” of space from the nightstands to the beginning of the rug
-make sure the rug extends the bed by at least 1 foot
-typical rug size for a King bed is 9x12

Working with a smaller room? Follow these rules for a Queen bed:
-make sure your rug doesn’t extend the nightstands
-make sure the rug has at least 8” of space on the side of the bed
-typical rug size for a Queen bed is 8x10

Choosing the proper rug size will make a BIG difference to your space, trust us. Make sure you “save” this guide for later!
