Originally, the plan was to sell.

After a deeper analysis, I asked a simple question: do you actually have to sell?

With a 3% interest rate that would be difficult to replace in today’s market, combined with securing an over-qualified, off-market tenant at a strong rental price—one that nearly offsets their Bay Area housing cost—the strategy became clear.

I advised my clients to hold the property.

Instead of selling, they chose to lease and keep the asset working for them.

My role is not to simply facilitate a transaction, but to provide guidance that leads to the best outcome for my clients—even when that means stepping away from a sale.
