When I first started my real estate journey, I did not realize how important my previous life experiences would be to help me get the job done for my
clients. Owning restaurants back in my homeland of Sweden as well as in the San Francisco Bay Area, taught me about the importance of customer service. Working in the hotel industry on Maui and in Los Angeles for over 10 years deepened that experience of knowing how to do whatever it takes to make your clients happy. My acting background helped me to better understand how to care for my clients needs as well as ask the right questions to achieve the best possible results for them. The common thread here is service, in the restaurant and hotel business you have to serve your clients, and try to understand where they are coming from every step of the way. Acting is all about listening, I have become an excellent listener. Real estate it is the same, ask the right questions, get the information you need in order to better negotiate on your clients behalf.
