Move first. Sell later. Here’s how.

We found and secured financing for our buyers before they even listed their current home. Then we toured everything on the market until we found the one: cul-de-sac, huge lot, pool. From the South Bay to San Diego, we followed them wherever the right home was.

Two other buyers wanted this dream home too. We got the intel we needed and made it theirs.
