After a longer-than-usual escrow, this beautiful Westside townhouse has officially CLOSED! 🔑✨

The seller knew she needed to make a move, but was still figuring out her next step, while the buyers weren’t quite ready to buy just yet. So, they agreed on a longer escrow—and the timing ultimately worked out for everyone.
