From our initial calls to close of escrow, Scott was clear, encouraging, and made sure we understood every single step along the way. As a small business owner, I worried our financial situation would make getting approved harder — but Scott held our hands through it, making sure our file was set up for success and quickly underwritten with a favorable rate.
As we offered on multiple houses, Scott got us updated pre-approval letters fast and always called the seller's agent directly each time, which made our offers that much stronger.
We even closed early — all because Scott and Amber were so on top of everything. I felt like our ducks were in a row the entire process, and like we had a friend in Scott.
We were in constant contact every step of the way, not just talking through the loan process but genuinely getting to know each other. Scott cares about the people he works with, and it shows in every conversation, email, and text.
