First time homebuyers will always have a special place in my heart. Guiding them through the “firsts,” answering every question, calming the nerves, and celebrating the "I/we did it" moment—it never gets old. Maybe it's the ex-teacher in me but I always want my clients to understand what they are doing and feel comfortable asking any and all questions.

I loved getting to know Jessi and Alex better! I am so proud of them for taking this leap to invest in the here and now while also setting themselves up in the future!

My clients closed on their dream home earlier this week and I could not be more excited for them!! Their kiddos saw it for the first time at the final walkthrough and seeing them run around playing and picking rooms was the best! They certainly have the space to make many memories!

What I love most about my job is the connections and relationships! I loved getting to know the Sagartz family and spending time with them and their kiddos. Now I am helping grandma and grandpa find a house that keeps them close and connected! Real estate is so much more than a house ❤️

Also 10000% normal to deviate from what you thought you wanted! That's why we look at ALL of the houses. From the absolutely nots to the 100% yes.

Funny story when Travis and I were looking for our first home we put a house in our absolutely not folder. Then, it was a rainy day and we figured why not go look at it and two others that came on the market that day. Guess which house we ended up buying?? The absolutely not house and I still love that house to this day!
