🚧 Coming Soon: Bureau Lofts 🚧
We’re excited to introduce Bureau Lofts, a new apartment community coming soon to Manhattan, Kansas. Located at 2323 Anderson Ave., with quick access to K-State, Bureau Lofts is the former Unger building and is currently under construction as both a new construction and rehab community.
Bureau Lofts will offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Future residents can look forward to planned amenities and features including a business center, package lockers, elevators, on-site management, a dog park, granite countertops, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, controlled access entry.
Applications are not open yet, but updates will be shared here as construction continues.
