Apparently there are a few highly sophisticated steps involved in preparing a home for market. Some are taught in real estate school. Others are apparently learned in the field. 😎

🍕🚨 ZIGGY’S PIZZA IS ALMOST READY, MANHATTAN! 🚨🍕

I stopped by for a quick tour with my buddy Ben Duell from Duell Construction.

Ben and his crew handled the renovation, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The space looks fantastic, the patio is going to be awesome, and they’re putting the finishing touches on everything now!

Ziggy’s is expected to open in just a couple of weeks, so start preparing your stomach accordingly.
