Spring is here!
Get out and show your gardens some love! Please be mindful of the gardening guidelines in your rules and regulations (section VII). Members are solely responsible for maintaining their portion of the garden.
Strollers, Bikes and Toys!!
If you or family are not using them, they need to be stored neatly on your back patio or inside. You share the scenery with your neighbors and their guests. Please respect why these rules are in place.
Common Grounds
We share our common areas with our neighbors. Please try and keep our common area’s clean and neat.
Reminders pick up after yourself and your kids.
Mini Blinds/screens/window/storm and patio doors
Members will be responsible for making sure that all are always in good condition. Should they become damaged or in poor condition the member is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. If the member fails to make the necessary, repair or replacement Prairie Glen maintenance staff will make the necessary repair or replacement at the member’s cost. It will be billed at the hourly maintenance rate plus materials. Large (72X60) Small (36X64)
Our lawn service comes every Friday, please be sure your front and back yards are picked up and free of dog p**p any toys, bikes, strollers, and garden hoses are wound up and stored neatly. This saves our mowing crew a lot of time and effort. If Prairie Glen staff or lawncare must do any clean up in your yard, a $25.00 fee will be charged to your account stated in the Prairie Glen rules and regulations.
