The months’ supply of apartments rose 9% for condos, and 6% for co-ops from January.

The West Side was the tightest market, with a 5.1-month supply of apartments for sale.

Are the NYC buyers back? This apartment had what we refer to as "aspirational pricing", which essentially means that it was overpriced. I went with it, even though I didn't agree because that's what the seller wanted. Yes, it took a while, but we ultimately got MORE than what the seller was looking for.
