On Sunday, October 18th 2026, our daughter Chloé will be participating in Bike MS for the third consecutive year, cycling 50 miles alongside her dad, Daniel, and the Bank of America Bike MS team to raise funds and awareness for multiple sclerosis (MS). As parents, we are incredibly proud of Chloé for her continued commitment to this important cause and her determination to make a difference.

Multiple sclerosis is an unpredictable disease affecting the central nervous system. While there is currently no cure, funds raised through Bike MS support vital research and provide much-needed resources for individuals and families affected by MS.

I recently closed on 1485 Fifth Avenue, 15H, and it reinforced just how much unnecessary stress, delay, and cost can build up between contract signing and closing in New York City.

Congratulations to my wonderful sellers on the successful closing of 1485 Fifth Avenue, 15H. It was a privilege to represent them throughout this transaction.

They showed incredible patience and persistence. There were challenging moments, but we stayed the course and got it done.

Every deal has a story. And sometimes in real estate, timing is everything.

I’m thrilled to share that 1485 Fifth Avenue, Apartment 13A is now in contract at $1,600,000. But the road to $1.6 million was anything but straightforward. We initially listed the apartment at $1,595,000. After nearly a year on the market, we adjusted the price to $1,550,000. Eventually, we reached the point where my sellers and I seriously considered taking the apartment off the market.

Instead, we decided to give it a little more time. And then everything changed. Fresh activity in the building brought new buyers through the door. Suddenly, we had two highly interested buyers competing for the apartment. What had been a challenging listing became a bidding situation, and we ultimately secured a strong offer of $1.6 million, achieving one of the highest prices per square foot in the building.

I couldn’t be happier for my sellers. They were patient, realistic, and willing to stay the course when it would have been very easy to walk away. Was there a little luck involved? Absolutely. The right buyers happened to arrive at the right time. But that's also real estate.

Markets don't always move in a straight line. Timing, patience, persistence, pricing, positioning, and sometimes a little luck all play a role. The important thing is knowing how to respond when the market changes and being ready when an opportunity presents itself. For me, this transaction was a wonderful reminder that sometimes giving a property just a little more time can make all the difference.

Every deal has a story. 🏡

I am absolutely thrilled for my buyers on the successful purchase of their beautiful new home at 305 East 40th Street, .

From the moment they saw this apartment, they fell in love with it, and particularly with its incredible private outdoor space. In Manhattan, generous outdoor space is a true luxury, and my buyers immediately recognized how special this home was. They knew this was the right apartment for them and were willing to go the extra mile to make it theirs.

As anyone who has bought or sold real estate in New York knows, transactions are rarely without a few twists and turns. This one certainly had its share. But my buyers remained patient, persistent and committed throughout the process, and I am so happy to see them now beginning this next chapter in a magnificent three-bedroom, three-bath home of over 2,000 square feet, with exceptional private outdoor space.
