December was a fantastic month! Aside from the holidays, birthdays and traveling, we also had a busy month with contracts, inspections, and closings!
626 Moro St. - Closed right before Christmas! I'm grateful that I had to opportunity to help this seller move on to the next stage of their life, leaving behind a home they loved. Thank you for trusting me through this process. 🏡❤️
1127 Colorado St. - ALSO closed right before Christmas. Loved working with these buyers. It was a journey to get to closing, but they stayed positive and everything worked out the way it was supposed to!
