Just a reminder of the importance of cleaning out the dryer lint catcher in your dryer, as well as cleaning behind the dryer. If a fire is caused by neglect from failure to clean the lint traps, you may be responsible for repair/replacement costs.

Just a reminder that the Meadows East Rental Office will be closed on Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Thank you for your understanding and if you have a maintenance emergency, you may still call the office and you will be redirected to our emergency on call representative.

All Meadows East residents received a flyer in the mail today to kick off our November Giveaway that starts tomorrow, Friday November 4th.

Attached to the flyer is a ticket stub. If you come into the Rental Office with your stub, we have a candy corn jar. You must write your guess on how many candy corn is in the jar on your stub and place your entry in the basket. The winner receives a fall goodie basket!!

If you're in the office and forgot your stub, don't worry... we will provide them. Attached to this post is a photo of the activity. If the office is closed and you choose to guess the amount from the picture shown below, drop your ticket stub into the rental office drop box.

We hope to see a bunch of you stop in to participate and we look forward to drawing the winner on Wednesday, November 23rd!

Daylight Savings Time: 2022

Don't forget to turn your clocks BACK this weekend on Sunday @ 2AM! We'll get an extra hour of sleep this weekend, but that means less daylight as we head into the colder months.

We have a 15’ x 25’ storage locker filled to the brim with furniture and housewares left in apartments when tenants vacated.
Contents are being sold site unseen and as a “LOT” (Not piece by piece)
Auction winner must pay by certified funds made payable to Horst Realty and all contents must be removed within 72 hours.
Locker must be completely emptied and swept out.
